Dear Melanie,

Thank you for doing the graphics for me.
You have such a wonderful art-works for
us to enjoy.

Thanksgiving is a time
for reviewing what we treasure,
The people we hold dear,
Who give us so much pleasure.
Without you as my friend,
Life would be a bore;
Having you in my life
Is what I am thankful for!

The art of thanksgiving is thanksliving
It is gratitude in action
It is thanking God for the gift of life,
By living it triumphantly.

It is that time of the year
Time to gather with friends and family
And give thanks for all our blessings
Wishing you many special moments and memories
Happy Thanksgiving!!

Jaya Francis

Hello Friend,

I was talking to one of my friends who is a nurse.
She told me that she is seeing more and more women come into the ER
with heart related problems.
Because I care about all of my G-G friends,
I thought I would share some good info on women's heart health.

If you experience any of these symptoms:
1. Discomfort, tightness, uncomfortable pressure, fullness,
squeezing in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes, or comes and goes
2. Crushing chest pain
3. Pressure or pain that spreads to the shoulders, neck, upper back, jaw, or arms.
4. Dizziness or nausea
5. Clammy sweats, heart flutters, or paleness
6. Unexplained feelings of anxiety, fatigue or weakness - especially with exertion
7. Stomach or abdominal pain
8. Shortness of breath and difficulty breathing

DO NOT HESITATE...Call an ambulance! Time is of the essence!
Tell them that you are having heart attack symptoms.
They will send an ambulance to transport you to a hospital emergency room.
After you make the phone call, crush or chew a full-strength aspirin
(swallow with a glass of water) to prevent further blood clotting.

Please share this info with others!
Blessings, Rita
